Do you offer wholesale?

I'm sorry to say that I am not presently providing wholesale services since my prices are already competitive. Nonetheless, I do offer occasional bulk discounts, and these discounts can fluctuate based on factors like soap complexity, preferred colors, quantity, packaging, and production time.

If you're interested in a bulk discount, kindly add the items you wish to purchase, including your preferred fragrances, to your cart. Afterward, take a screenshot of your entire order. Please send the screenshot to me along with your zip code and desired delivery date. I'll make every effort to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is important to me.

Do you offer custom orders?

In case you can't find what you're seeking, do not hesitate to contact us since we're delighted to fulfill personalized requests. Keep in mind that a "Request Custom Order" button is situated on the left-hand side of the page (for desktop users) where you can furnish further details about the item you desire. Nevertheless, kindly note that this button is not presently accessible on mobile devices.

What if I enter the wrong address during checkout?

During checkout, it's important to verify that the address on the order is correct. If the package is mailed to an address verified by USPS but later returned due to an incorrect address, I will promptly contact you to obtain an updated address. At this point, you will have two options: Either purchase additional shipping, regardless of whether you initially paid for shipping or used a "free shipping" promotion, to have the package resent to the correct address; or you can place a new order with the correct address and thereafter I will issue a refund for your original order (minus the shipping charges).

If my order includes items that are both "Ready to Ship" and not ready to ship, what will happen?

Please note that when placing an order with multiple items that have different production times, Etsy will use the latest estimated shipping date as the final shipping date. However, rest assured that we are committed to shipping out all items as quickly as possible. If an item has an estimated shipping time of, for example, 2-5 days, it may be shipped out within two business days after the order is paid, or it may take up to five business days to be shipped.

Do you have your soaps on hand or are they made to order?

My soaps are custom made just for you when you order them to ensure freshness. This also gives you the ability to tailor the soap with your specific preferences (such as color and scent, even strength of scent if you leave a note in the personalization box) as much as possible.

When should I expect my order to be delivered?

The estimated delivery date considers t the processing time for your items, the shipping speed selected & the transit time. Please keep in mind that these dates are approximate & are automatically generated by Etsy & USPS. While they are often accurate, there can be variations. Note the provided dates represent a range of possible arrival dates, & your order may occasionally arrive after the latest date. If there are changes to the delivery date, it could be due to unforeseen circumstances or delays along the route your package is traveling. Refunds will not be issued in cases where your package arrives after the expected arrival date due to delivery issues beyond the seller's control. No refunds for refused packages returned to seller.

How long will it take for my order to be made?

Kindly note that the majority of items in my store are made to order, and they are processed in the order in which they are received. The production times for each listing may vary. To obtain the expected ship date, which is the duration before your order is given to the shipping carrier, you may scroll down the listing description to review the information provided.

I offer a wide variety of soap products, each with unique shapes and sizes, which may require varying amounts of packaging materials. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, I take extra precautions when preparing it for shipment. However, please keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a secure location for mail delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your package's progress and confirm the delivery address. If your order is of particular importance, I recommend making arrangements to be present at the time of delivery so that you can promptly retrieve your soaps and ensure their safe arrival.

How should I store the soap to make it last longer?

To maximize the longevity of your soap, it is crucial to keep it dry between uses. By taking this simple step, you can significantly extend the life of your glycerin soap. Moisture is the nemesis of soap, as it can cause the soap to soften and dissolve more quickly. To prevent this, store your soap in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct water exposure. By keeping your soap dry, you'll ensure its longevity and continue to enjoy its delightful benefits for an extended period. So, please lend a helping hand to your soap and keep it dry between uses.
